Rytmo is a fitness habit tracker built around one idea borrowed from Atomic Habits: the goal isn’t the workout, it’s becoming someone who shows up.

Set up your routines once — warm-ups, circuits, intervals, whatever shape your training takes — and Rytmo gives you a clean dual-mode stopwatch. Green for work, amber for rest. Tap to switch. Let the rhythm find itself.

Every session earns XP. Twenty levels climb from Rest all the way to Rytmo, with 25 achievements tracking the things that actually build a habit: streaks, consistency, variety, time under effort. No algorithm telling you what to do — just a record of what you’ve actually done.
