Studio Neywa is a one-person indie dev studio run from Switzerland. The output is small Flutter apps for Android and iOS — utilities, games, lifestyle tools — mostly built for the Czech and European market, alongside other small projects: highly specialized AI agents, web-based tools, occasional experiments.

I’m Roman Bobek. Studio Neywa is my side project where the apps happen.

Development is one person working alongside Claude and Claude Code — vibecoding as the daily practice, AI as pair programmer not autocomplete. Around the work is a small extended team: testers who find the rough edges before each release, and external partners who help with marketing and store optimization.

A few principles the studio sticks to:

• One-time purchases over subscriptions wherever the app’s nature allows it. Pay once, own forever.
• Offline and local-first where it makes sense. Your data lives on your phone, not in someone’s dashboard.
• European context matters. Hej, kámo! and Ovečka are built for how things actually work locally, not translated afterthoughts of a US-centric product.
• Small and hand-crafted. No filler, no procedural content, no dark patterns. Every feature placed on purpose.
